    Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted

    (1) Manuscripts should be innovative; scientific in argumentation, clear in theme and precise in reasoning; accurate in diction, concise in expression and compact in structure, using standard simplified Chinese characters; abiding by the legal national units of measurement, digital usages, punctuation marks, and other standards

    (2) This journal only publishes the first version of the paper. This editorial has the right to modify and revise the text of the manuscripts and also has the copyright to the published papers. When the author contributes the paper to the submission system, the copyright agreement clicks into effect.

    (3) Paper templates must be referred to in typesetting the paper, while following the requirements of figure and chart drawing and abstract writing.

    (4) If the submission involves any confidential issue, the author is responsible for processing it, and providing proof of not involving any secrecy.

    Network Submission Procedure

    (1) Author Registration

    (2) Read the notes for submission;

    (3) Peruse the copyright agreement;

    (4) Fill in the information of the manuscript;

    (5) Fill in the author's information;

    (6) Upload the manuscript and attachment.


    Notes:

    (1) The content marked with * is required.

    (2) Each paper needs a contributor and a corresponding author, who can be the same person.

    (3) In order to improve the efficiency of reviewing the manuscript externally, please recommend   appropriate experts for the editorial. At least two of the recommended experts should be  from the university. One can recommend more.

    (4) Fill in all the authors’ names, so that the editorial can contact them.


    Manuscript processing procedure

    (1) After the manuscript is successfully uploaded, the editing department will give it a preliminary review. When the manuscript passes the review, the author will receive the notification that the manuscript is accepted.

    (2) After passing the review of the editor in charge, the paper is sent for reading by external experts.

    (3) After reading by external experts, the paper is retreated, edited or simply rejected.

    (4) The editor in chief makes the final decision, by which the final accepted paper is typeset, scheduled, and published.

    (5) Please don’t submit one paper to several journals. If the author does not receive any notice from the editorial within three months after submission, he/she may process the paper at will. If the manuscript needs revision before being finally accepted, the author must finish the revision within three months. If he/she fails to do so and does not either notify the editorial within the said time limit, the paper is deemed rejected.
