Abstract: With regard to all invitation for public transport of bidding project，Monte Carlo simulation is conducted to in a multi—competitor bid．Probability distributions of cost and quoted price for all competitors are used in the sireu|ation．The profit distribution，wining probability and the optimum bid ale obtained via the simulation software encoded by the writer to assist bid decision—making．
