折叠纸打印夹的创新设计

An Innovation Design of Print Clip for Folded Paper

摘要:

打印机已成为普遍使用的办公及家庭用品,A4纸打印机的应用更是普遍,然而在实际使用中偶尔会有要求打印在A3打印纸上的情况.本文采用可拓创新方法,分析需求与现存条件的矛盾,并用基元形式化表达出来;根据基元的可拓展性,菱形思维,逐步形成解决矛盾问题的方法,并设计出适合折叠纸的打印夹,解决用A4打印机在A3打印纸上输出文件的难题,并申请了实用新型专利.可拓创新方法能够有效引导创新设计.

Abstract:

Printer, especially A4 paper printer, has been widely used at home and in the office. Occasionally A3 print paper is used for A4 paper printer. In order to solve the problem, extension innovation method is applied. Contradiction between demand and existing condition is analyzed, and is expressed by basic element. According to the extension analysis and diamond thought, the scheme to solve the above-mentioned condition is formulated step by step. In the end, print clip for folded paper is designed, which solves the problem of printing on the A3 print paper by A4 paper printer. Utility model patent about print clip has been applied and authorized. In sum, the extension innovation method can efficiently guide the procedure of innovation design.
