国内移动电子商务领域前沿动态研究

A Research on Forward Trends of Mobile E-commerce

摘要: 基于中国知网(CNKI)数据库,检索以“移动电子商务”为关键词的987篇文章,采用文献计量、社会网络分析以及关键词共现等研究方法,结合Citespace、Ucinet、Netdraw等工具,从高频作者群、关键词共现和关键词的时间演进等角度揭示我国2000~2015年移动电子商务的研究热点和研究方向.研究结果显示:移动电子商务技术领域研究主要侧重于移动支付方式的发展;移动电子商务应用领域主要侧重其产业链和商业模式创新的研究.此外,企业应用、信息安全也是移动电子商务研究领域的热点.同时,移动电子商务领域的应用模式也在不断向着网络社区和基于位置的服务等新兴模式方向发展.

Abstract: Based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), 987 articles with the keyword "mobile commerce" are retrieved, and using the method of bibliometrics, social network analysis, and key words co-occurrence methods, in combination with Citespace, Ucinet, Netdraw tools, hot spots and trends in mobile commerce research from 2000~2015 in China, such as research focus and research direction from the perspective of the high-frequency group, keyword co-occurrence, the time evolution of keywords and so on, are revealed. The results shows that mobile e-commerce technology research mainly focus on the development of mobile payment. The application of mobile e-commerce mainly concerns its industrial chain and business model innovation. Moreover, enterprise application and information security are also research hot spots. At the same time, the application of mobile e-commerce is also constantly expanding toward the network community and location-based services and other emerging models.
