Abstract: In order to eliminate the disadvantages of current fast dynamic channel allocation algorithm with no priority of data service in TDHSPA system, it proposes a new dynamic channel allocation algorithm, based on the Mobile Internet. In the proposed algorithm, different priorities were set through data traffic transmission delay sensitivity and rate, and the method of resource sharing was proposed, which made movable boundary dynamic channel allocation strategy more flexible. Simulation results show that the algorithm ensures to serve realtime and high rate data users first, improving the utilization efficiency of shared resources.
