The Study of Optimization of Capillary Gas Chromatographic Detection Conditions of Cypermethrin by the Computer Pattern Recognition(CRP) Technology

Abstract: The even design examination and computer technology are applied to the study on design and optimization of capillary gas chromatographic detection conditions, and mathematic model is established in the article. The capillary gas chromatographic detection conditions—temperature is 258.8℃ and pressure is 17.3Pa—that can satisfy apex speed and well-shape are successfully obtained. Also, the detection conditions have extensive value in use.
