Preliminary Study on Application of an Engineering Bacterium in the Treatment of Anti-biodegradable Effluent

Abstract: By the technique of protoplast fusion,interspecific fusants RH-1 between Pseudomanos SY-1 and Norcardia RB-1 have been obtained.The stable fusants are used to treat the bleat the bleaching effluent.It is obtained that the removal rates of CODCr and TCl are respectively 72.05% and 190%,higher than those of the mixed parent strains.Several kinds of junior nutriments are added to the reactor,and the alcohol shows its good co-degradation function.The removal rates of CODCrand TCl are respectively 73.87%and 68.54%.
