Abstract: With the BD6201,Rohm’s new product,this paper designed a 3-phase Brushless DC motor controller which can easily produce 3phase half/full-PWM square wave and sine wave,Which can meet the driving requirments of 3-phase Brushless DC motors.The controller can be applied to controlling air conditioner compressors and fans.
