Abstract: Because of the deficiency of conventional traffic generation forecasting method for the new urban districts,a new model,based on the mechanism of land use-traffic demand,is established.Considering the scale and usage of land utilizing and location potential,it establishes a traffic creating forecasting model which introduces a location potential coefficient.
