The Structure Parameter Identification of Flexible Floating Lapping Machines

Abstract: As diamond lapping processing system’s excitation cannot be distinctly detected,Autoregrssive moving-average(ARMA) model the equivalent formulation of the differential equations of vibrating structure was established.Then the identification problem of structural parameters was transformed into the identification problem of parameters of ARMA model.The wavelet method was used in detecting data’s noise reduction.The result shows that the identification precision has been enhanced.
