Synthesis and Luminescent Properties of Ce3+,Mn2+Doped Sr2SiO4 Phosphors

Abstract: In the air,the Sr2SiO4:Ce3+,Mn2+ phosphors were prepared in a sol-gel process.The X-ray diffraction image shows that the samples synthesized at 900℃were pure Sr2SiO4..The temperature was lower than that to do it by solid state reaction method.Excited by a radiation of 265 nm,the phosphors emit a strong blue-white fluorescence, and its emission spectrum shows a broad band with an unsymmetrical peak at 470 nm.Also the concentration o...
