Abstract: The selection of materials and equipment providers is analyzed and evaluated by using the theory of AHP.On the basis of building evaluating indexes for provider selection,the power factors of evaluating indexes are calculated in detail,and some basic controlling indexes of selecting providers are set up.All these research results can supply reliable and quantificational selecting standards for goods providers,thus benefiting project management.
