The Study of Safety Running Monitors and Early-warning Systems of Highway Bridge Structures

Abstract: In view of risk from important highway bridge operation,the three levels of dynamic monitors and earlywarning systems are given,based on the importance,scale and conditions of bridges.Different monitors and earlywarning systems are used on different bridges.At the same time different monitoring methods are employed to monitor key bridge parameters.
