Abstract: On the basis of the primitive information affluent coefficient model,with loose hypothesis conditions,it adopts a way to select all the information resource by combining the AHP with the expert investigation method.It constructs the evaluation indices model of resource abundance for information resource of construction firms,and gives the method which is used to measure the development scales and degrees of information resources of construction firms.The model offers reference for a bidding firm to choose a construction firm,and helps construction firms to comprehend the advantages and disadvantages of the development of information resource.
