The Parameters Location of Meter Dial Plate Based on Wavelet Decomposition and Mathematical Morphology

Abstract: A new segmentation algorithm,based on wavelet multiscale analysis and mathematical morphology for locating the parameters of meter dial plate,is presented.By this algorithm,the edge components of different spatial resolutions and directions are acquired,the useless information is filtered and the last region of parameters of meter dial plate is located.
