    A new method to prepare ZrO2 nanoparticles is described.Precursors of ZrO2 were synthesized by solid state reaction of ZrOCl2·8H2O to C2H2O4·2H2O.Precursors were characterized by TG/DSC and the properties of zirconia were studied with aids of XRD,TEM.The effect of grinding and calcination on crystal was also investigated.The result shows that ultrafine zirconia with average particle size of 11nm has high purity and even distribution,and the main phase of the powder is tetragonal phase.

    A new method is used to discuss the connected coverings of graph K6 with the voltage group Z42,and we find that there are no 2-transitive regular connected coverings of K6 satisfying the following two conditions:the covering transformation group is isomorphic to Z42,andthe fibre-preserving automorphism subgroup acts 2-arc-transitively on the graph Γ~=Γ×A.

    The nonlinear matrix equation X+A*F(X)A=Q is investigated.Sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of a positive semi-definite solution are derived.Also conditions are given under which the solution depends continuously on the matrices A and Q.New perturbation estimates for the equation are obtained.

    In order to overcome the chattering in normal sliding mode control(SMC),and take advantage of the good characteristics of quick convergence in the terminal SMC,non-signular terminal sliding and terminal reaching law are applied to the design of sliding mode control,which is aimed at second-order affine nonlinear systems.Low chattering and non-singular terminal SMC is reached and proved to be good robustness.

    In order to resolve the problem on current network development and security,the dual network authentication system was proposed,based on singular value decomposition.ID and fingerprints were authenticated via the singular value decomposition watermark technology which combined ID with fingerprints,making ID and fingerprints relatively independent,thus strengthening the concealment and security of ID.Experimental results indicate that the system is stable,safe and reliable.
