Abstract: Based on the idea of lean production, it analyzed and improved the raw material consumption control system of an auto parts production enterprise. It analyzed the pushtype raw material consumption control system, established the pull raw material consumption control mode based on Kanban, and developed Kanban and supermarket operating rules, hoping to provide certain reference for the manufacturing enterprises and enterprises which intend to improve the material consumption control.
