Perturbation Bounds for Positive Semi-definite Factors of Extended Matrix

Abstract: Abstract：The positive semi-definite factors of the extended matrix R (A)，whose mother matrix is A，and its perburtation matrix R (A)are H and H respectively．By means of singular value decomposition，the perturbation bounds for positive semi-definite factors of extended matrix R (A)are deduced under Frobenius norm．
