    The accurate real-time forecast of traffic volume is the premise and basement of the dynamic traffic control and guidance.In order to forecast the traffic volume more accurately,this paper establishes an optimization model of genetic neural network.It not only utilizes the advantages of the genetic algorithm which are global search and rapid convergence,but also makes use of the merits of the neural network which are nonlinearly describing,self learning and self adapting.It has been applied on a real road to forecast the traffic volume and the computer simulations have proved that the optimization model has great precision and feasibility.

    In the risk assessment process of information system,the method and the model of risk assessment are very important.In this paper,some methods are analysed in brief,and some disadvantages and limitations are pointed out.On the basis of considering greyness and dynamic imbalance of the indexes,an assessment model is presented based on Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Theory.Finally the model is proved highly effective with an example.

    This paper analyzes the content,extraction and description of the up-pushed data in local database.It defines the XML schema ofthe up-pushed data description in local database by DTD which is used as the up-push rules and communication standard between the agent of local database and the integrator.Based on it the up-pusher is realized.

    A New Image Analysis Method of the Tiny Structure of Cancellous Bone and its Application

    A method combining experiment with computer image analysis has been developed to analyze the tiny structure of the cancellous bone and to determine the distribution characteristics of the cancellous bone porosity.Based on the microscopical examination and image analysis software self-designed,the total area,solid matrix area and pore area of each specimen and then the cancellous bone porosity are determined,respectively.The analysis results show that for the cancellous bone in the near extremity ot tibia or the far extremity ot tibia,the porosity gradually decreases along the axial direction and cling to the compact bone,but basically keeps constant along the transversal direction.The cancellous bone may be modeled as a transversely isotropic,liquid saturated porous solid.The data suggest that the analysis method and the image analysis sortware could be used to test the cancellous bone porosity relatively accurately.

    The thesis introduces the characteristics and architecture of TC35 module,a new industry GSM communication module produced by Siemens,which is controlled by a microprocessor in GSM Wireless Communication Network and applied in pharos control.Testified by on-spot function,this microprocessor control system can realize real-time supervision of the working status of the pharos and achieve industrial standard credibly,and it has special properties of high reliability,convenient maintenance and good stabilization.

    Thermochromic liquid crystal is one of the crystals that can reflect the temperatures by different colors.The special color shown by the thermochromic liquid crystal in its scope of the working temperature corresponds to a certain temperature.This paper describes the main structure of the thermochromic liquid crystal and the principle of the temperature measurement.It introduces the method of collecting the temperature images of the thermochromic liquid crystal and demarcating the hue of the thermochromic liquid crystal and the temperature.The correlation of the hue and the temperature is obtained.

    According to the actual proklems of the pavement engineering quality control and pavement maintenance,this paper discusses the necessity of the ground probing penetrating radar technology to solve them.It analyzes the technological characteristics of the radar to examine the pavement depth and pavement structure forming the cavity,and points out that the radar probing technology is a highway zero injuring detection to meet the needs of the surveying error requirements.

    This paper gives the way of using fuzzy theory to establish ANN(artificial neural network)for single-fault and multi-faults diagnosis based on one set of symptoms and multifautt diagnosis based on more sets of symptoms,respectively.In addition,each ANN established here is a typical kind of fuzzy neural networks for fault diagnosis.The paper sets forth how to establish an available fault diagnosis system based on ANN while in practice.therefore,it may have some extent reference values and may be instructive in fault diagnosis field to construct fault diagosis system based on ANN.

    In crder to make use of the respective advantages of Genetic Algorithm(GA)and BP neural network,integrated algorithm,BP-GA algorithm and GA-BP algorithm are brought for ward.Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the topological structure,the weight values and the biases of BP neural network.Furthermore,a set of advanced coding technique and evolution tactic are studied and realized to overcome the blindness resulted from experiences and tries of traditional BP network.The simulation results of instances show that optimised metwork is of better fitting capability and of more reasonable method than traditional BP network.

    In order to evaluate driver’s tensity under the special traffic environment,to clarify the relation between traffic environment and driver’s psychological tensity,and to improve the road traffic safety,this article presents a model which can be used to evaluate driver’s tensity corresponding to the traffic environment by utilizing the experiment data and fuzzy clustering analysis method.It finishes the analysis of an example,and receives truthful conclusions.More work about driver’s psychological tensity under complex traffic environment can be done by using this method.

    A Method of Video Shot Boundary Detection Using Unsupervised Clustering

    According to the analysis of the existing shot boundary detection algorithms,a new algorithm based on moment-preserving clustering is pooposed.Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm can not noly improve the recall and the precision of detecting shot boundaries,but slso provide satisfactory results of gradual shot boundaries detection.In addition,the algorithm is robust to various types of video sequence.

    In order to avoid the performance bottleneck of having a single server system in the existing System of Selecting Courses,this paper proposes a new approach for constructing P2P network based on JXTA platform.The framework for the System of Selecting Courses based on JXTA is structured around a semi-centralised P2P network model-super peers and ordinary peers.super peers are generally more powerful in terms of connectivity,bandwidth,processing,and provide Selecting Courses Service to students.Ordinary peers are connect-ed with super peers,and use the Selecting Courses Service published by the super peers to finish the courses selection.This architecture based on JXTA can lighten the burden of the server greatly and reach the load balancing effectively.

    Covering generalized rough sets is an important development to the Pawlak rough sets theory.In this paper,from the topological view,some concepts of generalized rough sets are defined again by the use of adjacent cluster.Their different characteristics are also analysed.Some special properties of upper and low approximation operations based on the fine covering are studied.The method of approximation operations of the fine covering is presened.

    Ultra-fine glass powders of Al2O3-SiO2-CaF2 are prepared by the precipitation process,and the prepared powders are treated with heat treatment in different temperatures.The characteristics of the powders are studied by using XRD,TEM and DSC.The results indicate that the prepared powder belongs to amorphous compounds,and the size of the nearly spherical particle is in the range of 3070 nm.As the temperature is in the range of 500800 ℃,the crystal phase of CaF2 is crystallized firstly from the prepared amorphous powder at about 545℃;with the temperature rising,Al2SiO5、Ca2SiO4 crystal phases are also separated out sequentially.

    Polyvinyl alcohol-chitosan hydrogel is synthesized and the effects of the mass ratio of polyvinyl alcohol and chitosan,the wolume of acetum,the concentration of crosslinker on mechanical properties are studied and optimized by using orthogonal experimental method.The results show that the hardness of hydrogel is the biggest when gelled at 50℃ with a volume of acetum of 80mL,a polyvinyl alcohol to chitosan ratio of 4,and a concentration of crosslinker of 0.213mol/L.The breaking intesity of hydrogel is the biggest when gelled at 50℃with a volume of acetum of 100mL,a polyviny1 alcohol to chitosan ratio of 6,and a concentration of crosslinker of 0.213mo/L.

    Analyzing the contents of the axonometric projection in textbook of Engineering Drawing,this paper points out the consistency problems of the relevant concept definition and application.The reason for the problem is analyzed,and the method for the problem correction and advices are brought forward.The solution of this problem is beneficial to improving the quality of contents concerning the axonometric projection in textbook of Engineering Drawing,and makes the teaching more precise and normative.
