    This paper introduces an analysis process and the extension model development by extension method for the conflict of multi-user desires and cooperation in sharing limited resources.Based on the extension method,a way is presented by changing external resources conditions that make users cooperate without changing their desires and achieve the goal of automatic cooperation.A real life traffic problem is analyzed as an example and the strategy solving problem showed.

    The geometries,electronic states and vibrational frequencies of BmNn(m+n≤5) neutral and anionic clusters have been investigated by using B3LYP method of the density functionnal theory(DFT) at the level of 6-31G(d).Moreover,the vertrical detachment of BmN-n(m+n≤5) and the adiabatic electron affinities of BmNn(m+n≤5) are discussed at the same level.The results show that the ground state structure of BmNn(m+n≤5) clusters are planar except BN、B2N、B3N、B2N3 and B3N2 clusters due to linetype.For BmN-n(...

    By using Huabei C4 liquefied petroleum gas as a feedstock,the effects of reaction temperature on the aromatization product yield,conversion,MON,RON,gas product compound and solvent product compound are researched in a confined fluidized bed reactor.The experimental result shows that with the increasing of reaction temperature,the yields of off-gas,liquefied petroleum gas and coke increase,but the yields of gasoline and diesel oil drop,conversion of Huabei C4 liquefied petroleum gas is over 97%....

    This paper presents a series of improved algorithm in 8051 to achieve the high reliability computing multi-byte division.The algorithm updates the traditional "shifting-subtracting" algorithm while owns the limitations of the unsigned multi-byte division,and it solves the overflow problem.And via experiments,the accuracy of results proves correct.The algorithm is simple,and with strong adaptability,high reliability and very good practicality.

    This paper demonstrates a concrete attack to show that the MV group signcryption scheme fails to have unforgeability.Our attack allows a dishonest receiver to forge a valid ciphertext as if the genuine sender generated it.

    The median filtering is a common method in image processing,but it is limited when it faces the swash noise of space high density,because it depends on the fixed windows and the data points.This article uses the MATLAB tool box to improve the method of common median filtering.The improved one can solve the problem better when compared with the common one.

    A method for analyzing the RCS of microstrip antenna with the MOM is presented in the paper.As the additional mode basis function is introduced,the effect of the pin can be analyzed correctly.A novel method is proposed to compute the RCS of arbitrarily loaded microstrip antenna using the scatter field of the microstrip antenna of two different loads.Numerical results validate the method in the paper.

    This paper gives a design of a novel withstanding voltage test device in which the test voltage can be adjusted automatically.The high voltage output is adjusted by electromotor controlled by PWM signals.Overvoltage and overcurrent protection are provided by both software and hardware.A RMS-to-DC converter and a high precision ADC are used to get high measuring accuracy.The high voltage adjusting method is improved.

    In this paper,the principle is studied of poor heat transfer effect in the three line horizontal central hot water suppliers which are popularized in south China region was studied.An idea of putting inserts like twisted belts and spiral wire into the third line pipe to augment the heat transfer effects is put forward.The experimental and calculating results shows that the heat transfer situation is improved.

    Based on the visual work principle of structure analysis,a general formula for the displacement calculation is deduced for the static analysis of the beam on elastic foundation.The static analysis method is introduced for this kind of continuum beams.The finite element method is also used to compute such structures.The result is the same,so the correctness of the formula proposed is proved in this paper.

    This paper deals with the absolute stability of a class of neutral Lurie control systems with time-varying delays.Some stability criteria in terms of matrix inequalities(LMIs) are obtained based on Lyapunov functional method,which is only to solve LIMIs for verifying the stability conditions.An algorithm is also presented to obtain a sufficient upper bound of delay for absolute stability.Two numerical examples illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.
