Abstract: In order to know the indirect effect mechanism of information sharing on operational performance, it proposed the theoretical model of the relationship between supply chain information sharing and operational performance with supply chain collaboration as the mediating role, and empirically tested it with the use of the structural equation model. The results show that information sharing content affects its quality, and that there are two indirect paths in the relationship between information sharing and operational performance, the first one being “content of information sharingsupply chain collaborationoperational performance”, the other one being “quality of information sharingsupply chain collaborationoperational performance”, which provides evidence that there is indirect positive impact of information sharing on operational performance with supply chain collaboration as the mediating role.
