An Extension Planning Model for Events

Abstract: According to Extenics and its advantages of solving business problems, this paper puts forward the extension planning model for large marketing activities, applies it to the “West Shanghai·Huafu Vista” real estate project and verifies its feasibility. Finally, it puts forward the win-win plan of “Five-safety beyond real property” by integration and cooperation. Also, this research has theoretical significance, and can promote the extenicsbased application in the field of commercial planning.
