Abstract: This paper discusses the origin and structure of grid and introduces the technique of middleware. In view of three key problems—diverse structure,extendable characteristic and dynamic self-adaptability which will be met during the development of grid,and according to the superiority of agent and mobile agent,an agent-oriented grid middleware model is put forth,This model can settle these three key problems well.
