Martelli’s Chaos of the Shift Maps on the Inverse Limit Spaces

Abstract: Let(X,d)be a compact metric space,and let f:X→X be a continuous surjection.Its inverse limit space is lim←(X,f),and σ is the shift map on lim←(X,f).This paper has proved that f is Martelli chaotic if and only if σ is Martelli chaotic.
