Computer Aided XRD Phase Analysis of Thermoelectric Materials

Abstract: The characteristics of the thermoelectric material phase analysis and the methods of computer aided XRD phase analysis were discussed,based on database technology.The Database of the thermoelectric material phase analysis was established,based on the document of the PDF2 powder XRD diffraction.The parameter was picked up by using Origin 7.0 to supplement the standard data of the thermoelectric material phase analysis.
