Abstract: Molasses waste is used as the culture medium because it’s abundant of nutrition substances such as saccharide and amino acid. When the molasses was diluted by 50 times, the initial pH was adjusted to 5.0,and the rotation speed was set 150 r/min at 30 ℃,the bioflocculant production reached 3.1 g/L after 3 d of cultivation.95 % of activated substances were located in the supernatant.Kaolin suspension pH,feed volume of the flocculant and Ca2+ exhibit effects on the flocculating activity.
