The proposition that 1% error can result in 100% error has been controversial.By analyzing some instances,it brings forward some new concepts based on the error-eliminating theory and system theory,such as the important subsystem,the key subsystem,the key subsystem chain,and so on.Furthermore,the laws as well as the relationship between the system error and subsystems or elements are studied.The ways of eliminating errors in the system are also researched.

Molasses waste is used as the culture medium because it’s abundant of nutrition substances such as saccharide and amino acid.When the molasses was diluted by 50 times,the initial pH was adjusted to 5.0,and the rotation speed was set 150 r/min at 30 ℃,the bioflocculant production reached 3.1 g/L after 3 d of cultivation.95 % of activated substances were located in the supernatant.Kaolin suspension pH,feed volume of the flocculant and Ca2+ exhibit effects on the flocculating activity.

The eigenvalues of a strongly regular graph with parameters(n,k,a,c),are k and θ,T which are the two roots of the quadratic equation x2-(a-c)x-(k-c)=0.The multiplicities mθ and mT can be determined from the equations mθ+mT=n-1,k+mθθ+mTT=0.And this gives an alternative method of determining its spectra.The complete multipartite graph Km(r) is illustrated.

In the process of rebuilding the control system for a large water-press machine,a servo control system is designed by integrating sliding mode control with fuzzy logic control(FSMC),as the hydraulic servo system is characteristic of large parameter variations and external disturbance.By introducing a continuous fuzzy layer in the sliding mode control,the FSMC reduces dithering phenomenon effectively and produces a perfect result in the manufacturing.It excels the conventional PID control.
