Abstract: GeoCOM is brought by Leica company expediently for the client to exploit the TPS 1000 or TPS 1100 serial Total Station.It introduces the two methods of using GeoCOM to control the TPS,and compares them.Finally,the application of function call protocol in deformation monitoring system has been proposed.
