The Application of the Dynamic Compaction in Collapsible Loess Foundations

Abstract: With regard to the treatment of the loess foundation of the sixth contract part by Changfeng West Highway Embankment Construction, it discusses in detail the construction preparation and preconsolidation to determine the compaction parameters. The dynamic compaction was applied in the treatment of collapsible loess foundations. The results of testing and quality control are presented.  
