A Lean Improvement Research Based on Conjugate Pair Analysis Method

Abstract: Due to the lack of logic systems and methods to improve the production process in lean production, it is difficult to consider the problem systematically, comprehensively and innovatively. The conjugate pair analysis in the extension innovation is used to comprehensively analyze the contradictions encountered in the lean production process, so as to solve the contradictory problems more effectively. Taking the problems encountered in lean production as examples, the method of extenics is used to formalize and quantify the goals and problems, and the optimal solution is obtained by extension innovation. From the examples, it can be found that the contradictions encountered in lean production are effectively solved by conjugate analysis, and the production process is greatly optimized.
