A Lean Improvement Research Based on Conjugate Pair Analysis Method

Due to the lack of logic systems and methods to improve the production process in lean production, it is difficult to consider the problem systematically, comprehensively and innovatively. The conjugate pair analysis in the extension innovation is used to comprehensively analyze the contradictions encountered in the lean production process, so as to solve the contradictory problems more effectively. Taking the problems encountered in lean production as examples, the method of extenics is used to formalize and quantify the goals and problems, and the optimal solution is obtained by extension innovation. From the examples, it can be found that the contradictions encountered in lean production are effectively solved by conjugate analysis, and the production process is greatly optimized.

Design of a Grinding Equipment Based on TRIZ and Extenics

Based on the comparison and analysis of TRIZ theory and Extenics in solving contradiction, a new innovative method that combines the Extenics and TRIZ is proposed. Firstly, the primitive model of Extenics is used to analyze the conflict of the problem. Secondly, the extension analysis is used to initially explore solution. If the analysis is successful, the possible solutions are obtained by further extension transformation. If the analysis is difficult, the TRIZ theory will be introduced to make solution prediction, and the possible solutions can be achieved by extension transformation based on the guidance of TRIZ principle. Finally, the ideal solution about the problem is obtained by the application of advantageous evaluation method of Extenics. According to the new method, the structure of the grinding equipment is improved, which demonstrates that the fusion mechanism of TRIZ and Extenics can improve the efficiency of solving the problem and obtain an ideal solution.

In recent years, the domestic number of patents has maintained a rapid growth. There are a lot of design ideas in the patent text, and the extraction of the patent product design knowledge can also inspire designers to innovate and invent. With the concept of functional ontology proposed as a method and knowledge of patent text extracted to obtain the knowledge of the patent product structure, function and effect, a function analysis is carried out to obtain the total functions, divided functions, subfunctions and corresponding structural components. Then a model of the functional structure of patent knowledge is established. The functional structure model of patent knowledge shows the corresponding relationship between the function and structure of the patent products. By revealing the original design intent, it may help those who want to creatively redesign this product.

Revolution and Prospect of Private Equity Crowd-Funding Platform Based on Blockchain Technology

Facing the development challenges of the current Internet-based equity crowd-funding platform, a research is conducted on the ideas, based on blockchain technology, of re-framing the equity crowd-funding platform in a multiplicity of dimensions, and establishing the whole industry chain solution. To achieve this objective, a peer-to-peer trading infrastructure needs to be set up first for digital assets. Then based on the consortium blockchain technology, a blockchain network can be built. After that the game theory and model are used to construct the mutual trust mechanism, and the underlying blockchain protocols for business processes designed so that different participants of the platform will join the blockchain alliance by following the protocols to join the digital asset network and ecosystem. The software architecture is redesigned and the functions and business processes of equity trading system and equity crowd-funding system implemented by using blockchain technologies. The rules of the crowd-funding project are transformed into codes of smart contract and all the codes, data and states saved as blockchain ledgers. By the above-mentioned attempts, the problems of equity crowd-funding scenario are solved by shortening the entire equity transaction process from a few days to minutes.

Developing public transportation is an important means to solve urban traffic congestion. While developing public transport, the cost of residents' travel should also be taken into account. In order to analyze the travel expenditure cost and time cost of urban residents, it is proposed to take Guangzhou traffic IC card data as a research object, using the kernel density estimation algorithm to model the traffic IC card data for analyzing residents' travel cost law. Then the model generalization ability is tested to prove that the kernel density estimation model can objectively and accurately reflect the resident travel law. Finally, the travel happiness index is analyzed, which can provide reference for the formulation of government subsidy policy.

Considering comments' objectivity, subjectivity, the angle of time dimension and critics and network environment, combining with the elaboration likelihood model (ELM), a research is conducted into the center path of comments' quality and timeliness and the edge path of comment number, commenters' creditworthiness and influence of the network environment cognition on purchase decisions, and a theoretical model built and verified in order to enrich the mechanism of online reviews on purchasing decision. A questionnaire survey is used to collect data, and SPSS22.0 software used to analyze the questionnaire data so that the main effect of online comments on purchase decisions, mediating effect of the trust tendency and comments' credibility can be tested. The results indicate that the comments' timeliness, number and commenters' creditworthiness positively affect customers' purchase decisions through comments credibility, and that the trust tendency will adjust the consumers' credibility perception of the high quality review. High trust tendencies can regulate consumers' perception of the credibility of different quality reviews, and high trust tendencies also have a higher perception of the credibility of high quality reviews.

A Research on Biped Robot's Obstacle Stepping Over and Avoidance Assisted by External Forces

A study is conducted on bipedal robot stepping over large-size obstacles without collision with the assistance of extra external forces. Because the humanoid robot needs to shift greatly its center of gravity when crossing large-size obstacles, it is prone to fall or the crossed distance is limited. The method of adding external forces can effectively improve the robot's crossing performance. Firstly, a simulation model of biped robot is established by tree-shape data structure as well as relative axis vector and relative position vector. Then, by planning multiple order curves of stepping trajectory, introducing local obstacle avoidance of nonlinear constraints in the whole process along with the other nonlinear constraints, a changeable variable nonlinear optimal model is established for the bipedal robot to surmount and avoid obstacles. In the end, the 2D gait of obstacle crossing and avoidance of the plane 6 freedom redundant robot is designed. It is verified by the simulation to cross the obstacle with a height up to 43% of its legs. Finally, the prototype steps over a 15 cm-high obstacle, which reaches 32% of its leg length, and the effectiveness of the method is verified.

Hydroxyl radical (·OH) is the most active and aggressive molecule with very high reaction rate constant, electronegativity and strong oxidation electrode potential. The advanced oxidation technology using ·OH as oxidant has broad application prospects. Starting from the production method and basic principle of ·OH, the principles, advantages and disadvantages of Fenton method, Electro-Fenton method, ultraviolet catalytic oxidant method, ultrasonic oxidation method and other compound methods are introduced. Finally, the application progress and limitations of the above methods in wastewater treatment, soil remediation, landfill leachate treatment, heavy metal complex treatment and ultra-precision processing of optical materials are reviewed.
