    LI Qiao-Xing, ZHANG Ting
    Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2016, 33 (06): 1-17.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7162.2016.06.001
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(850KB)

Service industries play important role in the world economy, and prior results on performance measurement mainly aimed at a specific service sector or enterprise. In this research, a connected graph was defined as a service system network constructed by the general service entities. An indicator system was set up and an extension method proposed to evaluate the performance of the general service system network from both vertical and horizontal dimensions. The vertical dimension means that the service entities may be in different years, and the horizontal dimension means that the service entities may be the same or different types of service system while they may also locate in different regions with different resource endowments. The evaluation method using the indicator system was adopted to contrast the performance among the same and/or different regions, and the evaluation results can improve the individual performance of every service entity and also the whole service system in different years and/or in different performances of the service system network. A sample of a service network which consists of different six-type service entities shows a satisfying result in case study.

    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(352KB)

In order to effectively prevent from the risk and control the safety of meat food, and to improve the present situation of meat food safety, the key elements of meat food safety warning are determined as the first grade indexes, which are the supply chain quality of raw materials, production and processing, transportation and storage, quality of sales meat food, as well as market monitoring and management. A warning index system is also derived on the basis of supply chain of food security, and the classical domain and the joint domain of the indexes determined. The extensive prewarning model of the supply chain safety of meat food is proposed and the goal of food security achieved, which may be helpful for proposing the risk strategy of meat food safety by using the Extenic change methods. A modified example shows the feasibility of the method.

The Resistance Switching Effect in (Sr0.9Pb0.1)TiO3Ceramic

    Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2016, 33 (06): 34-37.   DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1007-7162.2016.06.005
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(1174KB)

(Sr0.9Pb0.1)TiO3 ceramics were prepared by the traditional high temperature solid-state reaction method. The structural, electrical properties and impedance of ceramics were investigated. XRD results show that the ceramics show typical tetragonal perovskite structure. The resistance states can be switched by applying voltage pulses ±60 V. The phenomenon may be attributed to oxygen vacancies caused by Pb volatilization in the preparation of materials, which can be further confirmed by the impedance spectrum analysis of samples. Oxygen vacancy mechanism is the cause of the changes in the electrical properties by using the Arrhenius formula to calculate the activation energy. These resistance switching behaviors indicate that ceramics can even exhibit resistance switching performance as well as thin film devices or single crystal devices and provide the possibility of new switching devices with the memory effect composed of ceramics.

    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(577KB)

For analyzing from the point of the whole system the operational energy consumption of central air conditioning systems with air source heat pump unit, the global energy intensity index based on the thermal comfort of the conditioned space is put forward. It includes the energy consumption of all the system subloops. Through the decomposition of (Energy Intensity,EI), the e-p analysis method for the whole system and its subloops is built, which can easily analyze the change of the specific consumption  (e)  and delivered fluid ratios (p) on EI. It is indispensable to decrease the specific consumption (e) and delivere fluid ratios(p) of each sub-loop in order to decrease the EI of HVAC systems.

The single phase PWM Rectifier is controlled on the basis of d-q reference frame, and it is combined with PLL so that the charging and discharging equipment can achieve sinusoidal current at the network side and unit power factor charging and discharging. The bi-directional DC/DC converter can not only achieve bidirectional flow of energy in the equipment, but can also charge the accumulator at a constant current and a constant voltage, and discharge it at a constant current. Experimental results verifies the effectiveness of the equipment.

The advantages of the method are high measurement speed, high sensitivity, and strong anti-noise ability. An experiment system with depth range of 6mm and depth resolution of 15μm is built, and the method is validated respectively by measuring the deformation of curing process and thermal deformation inside a silicone rubber film. It is proved that this method is very suitable for studying nondestructively the dynamic mechanical properties of internal polymers.

The lenses system consists of 4 plastic aspheric lenses and 1 IR filter, in which the lenses of No.1, 3, and 4 are positive lenses, No.2 lens is negative lens, and the aperture stop is placed in front of the first lens. The optimized results indicate that RMS spot radius at each field is almost less than the radius of Ariy disk, the MTF value is more than 0.54 at 1/2 Nyquist sampling frequency, and the distortion is less than 2%. The lenses system equipped with AR8033 CMOS from Aptina has formed applicable micro-photographic lenses of 8 mega-pixel.

    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(2720KB)

The key challenge of large scale face clustering is to extract effective facial features and construct an accurate model with less time complexity. In this research, effective features are first extracted based on convolutional neural network (CNN). Then K-means, a classical cluster algorithm, and a state-of-art algorithm named CFSFDP (Clustering by Fast Search and Find of Density Peaks) are used to cluster large scale face images. Rand Index, entropy, F1-measure and the visualization of confusion matrix are further applied to comprehensively assess clustering quality. All the tests are under the condition of the increasing numbers of clustering centers. Experiment results demonstrate that K-means has a better performance as well as a much higher speed than CFSFDP. This conclusion is believed to shed new light in the area of face clustering.

    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(474KB)

Since informal words and expressions are widely used in miscroblogs, sentiment analysis of the microblogs is a difficult scientific problem, especially with the data in imbalanced sentiment distribution. GWCRF (Gaussian Mixture Distribution Word2vec CRF), a method based on pseudo-sample generation technique and Conditional Random Field (CRF) for sentiment analysis of microblogs in imbalance distribution is presented. In the proposed method, firstly, the Gaussian Mixture Distribution is leveraged to generate pseudo-samples, which can increase the samples of minor classes for balancing the train data sets. Secondly, Word2vec technology is leveraged to enrich the microblog message and overcome the problem that sentiment lexicon is not large enough. Moveover, the CRF model is proposed to apply in the above balanced and extended train data sets. Experimental results on the microblog data demonstrate that this method outperforms the state-of-art methods in sentiment analysis of the microblog data sets with imbalanced sentiment distribution.

    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(1030KB)

The effect of building layout forms on thermal environment in residential districts is focused on. Based on typical residential districts in South China, four typical layout forms are established. Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique is used to simulate the thermal environment in residential districts at different predominant wind for different architectural complex orientations. The results show that layout forms and architectural complex orientation have a great influence on thermal environment, and the thermal environment mainly depends on the ventilation in the residential district. When the predominant wind is east wind or southeast wind, staggered type and determinant residential districts have relatively good thermal environment, and it is appropriate for them to face the north or the south.
