The presentation about the gap of building energy saving between China and other countries is illuminated,and the features of embodied energy and building energy intensity are also narrated.Moreover,the introduction is present about the features of subtropical climates,thermal-humidity load and the energy consumption of building materials and construction process.The building total energy consumption involves construction and operation energy,so it can’t be done only to consider building original investment or operation cost.On the contrary,it convicts that it is helpful to building energy saving to minimize energy intensity embodied in building lifetime.

Joint is a vital area of concrete-filled steel tubular(CFST) structure.There is not a set of rounded theories of calculation and design method yet.The research work of CFST lags behind the need of practical application.As a part of fundamental research about joints of CFST columns and beams,the joint’s mechanical properties under axial compression on the base of experiment of steel about the worst joint form(steel beam is directly welded on steel tube) are introduced and can be adopted in design of similar CFST joint.The failure type and bearing capacity under axial compression are discussed here.The result shows that the bearing capacity under axial compression is identical to the result calculated by using formula recommended in rules.The conclusion can be used in the design of CFST joint.

Based on the cross-sectional statistical data in construction industry at province level of China in 2002,this article establishes non-parametric analysis models with concave and convex efficiency frontiers,respectively.The production technical efficiency values of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions have been calculated.Their orders have been compared.The results show that larger economic scales belonged to Zhejiang,Jiangsu,and Guangdong,more labour employments were in Jiangsu,Sichuan and Zhejiang,and more capital input in Guangdong,Jiangsu and Beijing.Relatively,Shanghai and Zhejiang obtained higher production technical efficiency values,and Guangxi,Jiangxi and Hainan got lower ones.Besides,labour-intensive type went to Gansu,Sichuan and Jiangxi,and capital-intensive type to Guangxi,Guangdong,Tibet and Beijing.The research provides an effective approach to evaluate and compare the production technical efficiency in construction industry of China.

Based on the theory of "organic centralization"of small towns construction in Guangzhou and the investigation and research,this paper describes the environmental features of small towns of "organic centralization"and suggests the possible methods for practice of small town construction in five regards.It is possible for the theory to guide the real practice of small town construction using these methods.

According to the research of water dissolution for copper brazing fluxes,the best project is chosen in the orthogonal test.And it is proved that mixing the AlPO3in the sample can debase the flux’s melting point.Using such copper brazing fluxes,the best results of the jointing can be got.

In the medium of dilute H2SO4,the fading reaction of Arsenazo M oxidized by H2O2,which can be catalyzed by Co（Ⅱ）,has been studied.A new method for the catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace cobalt has been developed.The lineer range is 0～0.08 mg/L and the detection limit is 1.73×10-9 g/L.The proposed method has been used to determine trace cobalt in vilamin B12 with satisfactory results.

In this paper,the comparison is qiven between the random simulation of the maximum likelihood estimators and the quasi-maximum likelihood estimators of the population-averaged treatment effects in the one-dimensional structural regression models with one covariate and the measurement errors.It is found that one of the formulae can be replaced by the other,and they are not influenced by the measurement errors.When the other errors(that is,they are different from the measurement errors)are little,the results are similar when using the two formulae,but the use of the quasi-maximum likelihood estimators is better than the use of the maximum likelihood estimators.On the contrary,when the other errors are large,the use of the maximum likelihood estimators is better than that of the quasi-maximum likelihood estimators.

In this paper,some main properties of the further extension of fuzzy logic are generalized.Especially,the necessary and sufficient condition of validly logical consequence is obtained.Then the validity of further extension of fuzzy reasoning based on resolution is discussed.Lastly the equivalence of unsatisfiability in both two-valued logic and further extension of fuzzy logic is proved.

Here a method enduing a matrix to each maximal outerplanar graph of order n is proposed to decide whether graphs are isomorphic,and it is proved that the matrix and the maximal outerplanar are one to one.After constructing all the possible maximal outerplanar graphs,the isomorphic ones are deleted and all the maximal outerplanar graphs are got.At the same time,the number of all the maximal outerplanar graphs of order n is obtained.This paper solves the problem how to decide whether graphs are isomorphic and how to compute all the maximal outerplanar graphs.
