Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2011, 28 (2): 59-62.
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(219KB)
It conducts a comparative study of photometry on the bright stars and dark stars, using ePSF(effective-Point-Spread-Function) and Gaussian function. The stars in the 16 CCD images observed by National Astronomical 1 m telescope were divided into two types of stars, bright stars and dark stars according to the average luminosity, and each of the ePSF was calculated and used to measure the stars. The results reveal that the precision rate is higher if the ePSF of bright stars is used to measure bright stars, and the precision rate is higher if the Gaussfitting is used to measure dark stars. The ePSF has obvious advantages to measure the precision of bright stars while the Gaussfitting is better for dark stars, which shows that the morphological structure of the dark star is closer to Gaussian distribution.

Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2011, 28 (2): 76-80.
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(227KB)

In most previous models of the location of solid waste transfer stations, only the  minimum cost was considered without taking into account the adverse effects on the surrounding  environment and residents. With regard to the characteristics of the collection and transportation system of urban life waste, a multiobjective model of site selection of solid waste transfer stations was establish, based on a reverse logistics network .It considered the minimum total cost, the minimum total distance between Pitch corresponding and the garbage collection transfer station, and maximized minimum distance between residential areas and Waste disposal centers. A multiobjective evolutionary algorithm, based on, was proposed to solve the problem. The optimal solutions to the model were derived by selecting the appropriate encoding method and genetic operators. A practical example shows the validity of the model and algorithm, and that this model can provide several efficient solutions in one generation, giving more comprehensive support to decisionmakers.

Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2011, 28 (2): 88-90.
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(498KB)
The ±1 000 V polypropylene (PP) electrets were prepared by means of the corona charging method. To compare the skin microstructure after the application of electret at different time points, the changes in the skin structure were observed after the application of ±1 000 V PP electrets on rat abdominal skin with the inverted phase contrast microscope. The results indicate that both the positive and negative PP electrets can change the microstructure of rat skin and the changes in the skin structure are basically the same. Therefore, skin stratum corneum can fall off in varying degrees after the application of electret for a long time. Electret can be used in transdermal delivery formulation to reduce the barrier function of skin and increase the drug permeation through skin. Compared with +1 000 V PP electret, -1 000 V PP electret has the delaying effect for a shorter time. 

Journal of Guangdong University of Technology. 2011, 28 (2): 91-94.
    Abstract    HTML ( )   PDF(208KB)
The positive electret was prepared by the constant voltage corona charging method. After the application of the electret on rat skin for 2 hours, the skin was analyzed by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The results indicate that (1) there are three peaks at 65 ℃, 87 ℃ and 122 ℃ in the DSC spectra for control rat skin; (2) with the increase of electret surface potential, the peak temperature and peak area decrease as compared with control rat skin. Therefore, the biological effect of positive electret changes the space structure of lamellar lipid and protein, and increases the fluidity of lipid. Positive electret can enhance the drug transdermal delivery.
